Repeat blow fuse

The fuse in my driver's side fuse box has blown and the replacement blew soon after installation. Whenever I start the car the needles on the fuel gauge and tach freak out a bit before acting like normal and my radio is dead. The fuse that keeps blowing is the one that's hooked up to the overhead light. Any ideas as to what may be causing this?

If not, pull the bulbs in the overhead lights. Then replace the fuse. See what happens.

The only tinkering was when I had a head light replaced in January. Also of note, the electronic door locks seem to have gone as well.
