Quick release/ steering wheel

Quick release/ steering wheel

Im getting an aftermarket steering NRG wheel along with a NRG quick release. Do I ALSO need to get the hub adapter or is it just another add on?

I tried looking it up and couldnt find my answer so dont run me over

And a way to wire in the horn and make the steering angle sensor work if you have DSC

How much is that gonna cost me? and is it a need? or will my DSC not work anymore? And screw the horn i got brakes
