One problem with alpine head unit

I bought a new alpine head unit so I had to buy a new cover or whatever, so since there's no stock buttons anymore is there anyway I can change the time for the car? Like I can change the Time on the alpine unit but the time isn't always up, and the time on my card actually display thing says...not the real time haha, I don't think there is but is there anyway to change the time?

Ok let's say it's 10:30pm, my alpine head unit will have the right time but my car itself, like where the time is; will say like 4:28am, and I can't change the time because since I got a new head unit; there's no "time" or "clock" button anymore.
