NVI-D1 navinterface installation support

I just got a '04 RX8 with the NVI-D1 navinterface budget unit. It is installed by the previous owner but not very well. I didn't get the install instructions with the car so I emailed Sales@AVElectronic.com for a copy of the install instructions and they denied me tech support since I am not the original owner. I guess they stand by their customers but not their product.

Anyone have a copy of the instructions they can scan and email to me? Thanks. My email is john@blackgto.com

I CAN'T WAIT until someone gives us something similar to their products or someone figures out how to make their own, and your experience just makes me not want to buy it from them even more!!
