Need an Amp for my dual JL10w6's - Help!

I'm looking at putting dual 10w6's (in 4080 boxes) and I really need some help picking out an amp for my system.

I've heard of the JL 1000/1 but I have not seen a price and I've heard other say that you can get a similar amp for much less.

How about something like a Phoenix Gold Xenon?
Thoughts?

The JL 1000/1 sells for about $650 on ebay. I personally like JL, but if you aren't concerned about using JL, I'm sure someone will chime in w/ other suggestions like Eclipse (forbidden).
I don't now much about amps, that's why I paid too much for a JL audio system. I'm sure I could have saved money and got the same results w/ other equipment.

Anyone have any experience with Kicker amps? I found one that I "think" looks good:

The Orion 1200D will work great too. 1200w RMS and one hell of an amp especially for the price. I had one running 2 of the exact same subs untill I decided I wanted to go bigger. Just so you know those subs can handle more then what JL states on their site.

A little help.

The w6 are only rated at 400 watts rms but i think any of these amps would be ok. JL suggests a 1000/1 for two of those sub but i would def. not puchase it off of ebay reason being is JL does NOT warranty ANY products sold on ebay or most other places on the internet. Through my experience working at a car audio store i have seen people get totally screwed when the got their amps from ebay broken and couldnt get them repaired under warranty or at all after finding that thier serial numbers were removed. A JL audio deal will surely give you a deal if not offer them 800 they will take it.
