mystery electronic part module
Dealer said it was a "spare". Having a problem trying to find info on what it is or what it does.

I was not sure what the part was. I was using my iPhone to view this site and to try to find info on that part. The numbers of part where giving me places with that as part of the phone number. Stupid Safari
Is this something I should keep in the car or OK to leave at home? Mostly its just been sliding around in the trunk.
