License plate light not working.

I noticed that my license plate light wasn't lit so I replaced it with an LED bulb and that didn't light up either so I'm thinking it's the wiring. Anyone know how to re-wire the license plate light?

Check your fuses and try a normal bulb. If still nothing, start troubleshooting. Turn the headlights on and check the socket for power using a multimeter. If none, move back in the line. Figure it out man.

make sure the LED is positioned properly....if it doesn't work in one placement, flip it and try again. Remember the anode and cathode of an LED must be oriented properly to light up.
