How to remove custom installed sub?

My 05 Shinka came with a custom built 10" subwoofer installed in the left side of the trunk. I'm wondering how the box is secured in the trunk so I can figure out how to take it out to get to the wiring. Any ideas?

I'm assuming it's somehow bolted in from underneath. Sound right?

I got under the car and see two screws sticking out from the bottom, which I presume means that the base of the sub was screwed in, then everything was built around it.

Any idea how I can get this thing out without breaking anything?

if you aren't sure where it is attached to the car, just pull on it on each of the sides just enough to see where there is resistance. that will give you a good idea where is the connected to the car.

Unscrew the subwoofer from the box.

After that take a flashlight and look around inside the box. The previous owner probably bolted it from the inside.

what are you going to do with the sub when you take it out?

If those are real screws/bolts around the speaker then unscrew them and look inside for the rest.

There are prob. some bolts on the bottom and the top to secure it to the side of the trunk and the floor.
IF you are wanting to sell the sub and enclosure I would love to buy it from you if the prive is right, I would pay shipping.
