how hard is it to get behind the dimmer switch?

ID how hard is it to get behind the dimmer switch?

have any of you taken this panel out or know how to take it out, hopefully without removing the whole dash. *fingers crossed*

Poke 'em out from behind with a screwdriver, or even fingers.....

They just have clips top and bottom that holds them in place.

Pushing from behind works, however its pretty hard to reach the far left one that way. I had to pry them from the front with a flathead screwdriver. If you do it that way, pad the prying edge with something so you don't damage your dash. If you happen to make any light scrapes you can use steel wool to smooth them out quite nicely. Speaking from experience.
