How do you take your overhead light piece out the one with your buttons to slide your top back and the sunglass holder? I took the 2 hidden in the glasses compartment but I cant figure out how to get the rest of it loose....Can anyone please help me...
Oh yea, The reason I am taking it out is b/c I am changing the lights to blue and I have tried every way in the world to take the lil bulbs out but I cant...And I cant even get the clear cover off the other one...When I try it just messes it up ><

There are these 2 metal clips that hold it in place on the top part, you need to slide a putty knife or really thin screwdriver in to unlatch them

Easier to pull from the windshield back. Could never get those clips off with a screw driver.

Clips.......

Like they said, unbolt the front, then wiggle the whole thing forward and down, the clips SHOULD compress themselves and come out.

Any kind of blade/screwdriver will just gouge the console AND the liner - trust me on that!
