Help! Stock rear amp install.

I've been searching, sporadically, for days and I have not been able to find a DIY on a stock (rear) amp install. My amp relays went, I bought a junk yard replacement and now I just need to get that sucker in there.

I've discerned that the amp needs to be installed from inside of the cabin, but I am reticent to just start pulling interior panels until I get it right.

So, does anyone know if there is a DIY available and if so a link would be so much help.

Even if someone could simply tell me which panels and/or interior effects to remove and in which order, I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks for any help you guys can provide.

i would try a car audio forum, people on here arent so big on audio DIYs like subs and amps and all. I have 2 12"s loved them but took them out just cause i got to the point where i just didnt use them much anymore. i might do a DIY on how to remove subs and amps but cant help much on the install, didnt do it myself. If i make the thread you can check it out and probably find out.

but your best bet is a car audio forum id think.

Thanks Crazy 8, but I did the install right after I posted this.
I just couldn't wait so I dove
I head first.

I did find a lot of info on aftearket subs, amps and head units.

Just in case someone comes across this thread I'll give a quick play by play of the install.

Remove lower rear seat cushions by pulling up on the front of both lower cushions (one at a time).
By removing the lower seat cushions you will expose two bolts on each side that keep the upper cushions in place.
Remove the bolts and then lift the upper seat cushions towards the ceiling to remove them.
There will be two plastic push clips holding each of the speaker covers on (I broke one from each side, lol).
After the clips are removed you should disconnect two small white wiring clips. They are attached to the speaker covers and the seat backs.
Once those clips are disconnected you should unlace the seatbelt from speaker cover guide bracket.
Once the belts are freed from the guide brackets you can slide the speaker covers down the belts so they rest in the bottoms of the exposed seats.
Once this is accomplished you have exposed the center (amp) cover enough to see that there are only push clips holding it in. So pull up on this covering until it frees up. Remove this cover, remove the rear two bolts for the amp and loosen the front two.
Unhook the connecting clips in the amp from inside the trunk.
Then tilt the amp so the rear is higher than the front and slide it off of the front screws.

Reverse to reinstall.

It fixed the problem. I had read enough threads to know that the rear amp is what I needed. Just couldn't find a DIY, lol.
