Help with Factory Sirius Radio kit..

So for some reason, last week, half of the channels I subscribed to stopped working. When I scroll to the channel, it says LOCK. The channels I don't pay for say (Call Sirius) and I did talk to them for hours on the phone and they can't figure it out. I am supposed to be getting those channels according to them. Anyone know of some special LOCK code to lock individual channels that I am not aware of? It's driving me nuts. The car manual is no help either. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

Hmmmm..... odd. Maybe Sirius can deactivate your whole account, then once you confirm nothing works, they can reactivate it?

Still under warranty?

This happens to me about once a month. Something radio/service locks random channels and I have to go through and unlock them. I am not sure what would cause this.

Along the same lines...my radio has always had a weird little quirk....

I can't set channel 1 for ANY preset on the radio. I can, but as soon as I change the channel and try to use a preset button to go back, it says Invalid. I've tried to talk to Sirius on the phone, but after ~20 min on the phone with Bangladesh, I just hung up...wasn't worth that much effort. Ideas?

FarSide792 that is strange. I wonder if there is a firmware of software update for the Sirius receiver from the dealership. I might ask the next time I am there.

Same Problem...

I just realized the same thing Fireside. I have and 09 and just tried out the sirius sat radio. I decided to set a preset yesterday and it beeped like it was going to hold. When I turn the car off or make a phone call, when It comes back on:

1. It is a different radio station. That is just silly... but guess what, i set a preset!

2. Preset does not work... NO GOOD! So I have to scroll to find my station every day?!

I was going to lookup a solution today and it seems you beat me to the punch.

Question for other RX8 drivers...
Do any of you experience the same thing or this a bug Fireside and I are experiencing. What year are you cars.
