Got a electric problem

Idk what happened but recently I put in a metra kit and a new double din and idk if I touched something or what but now when I leave my head lights on and open the door, there isn't that loud beeping anymore to remind me to turn it of and when I turn on my lights, the gagues dont change color or anything anymore. Please help, im very lost when it comes to this kinda stuff. Open to any suggestions, even if it seems obvious. Thanks in advance :D

You probably blew your illumination fuse. Look in your fuse block for one labeled "ILLUMI" (probably), should be 10A. If it blows again, you may have an uninsulated wire (the orange one leading into the Metra kit, which should be tied to the orange wire on your aftermarket radio) that is finding ground. Good luck!
