Gauges on the navigation screen?

I saw a pic that had gauges on the navigation screen. Ive been searching around google but cant find anything like it. I was wandering if any of you had some suggestions of what tha t could be. I just think that would be really cool to have.

They are using a car computer. Factory nav system cannot do that. You can use the OEM nav screen as a monitor, but the new hotness is tearing out the nav screen and replacing it with an aftermarket VGA touchscreen.

If you want real information from the gauges then you're looking at installing a CarPC set up. A bunch of threads here about how to set it up and then this is the website to go to for further research: http://www.mp3car.com/

If you just wants "gauges" then most aftermarket double din head units have some type of built in screen that will show MPH, G force, and RPM with the right hook up.
