update, I received flasher module and plugged it in. I disconnected battery and reconnected it in this process, at first with the car on "ON" (not started) everything looked good, my blinkers worked. My emergencies and A/C controls still did not however. The second i started the car i got that noise again and blinkers stayed on. so i unplugged it right away. any helpp please. I don't have any idea what this is.

Very strange.
So the flasher module is buzzing, but NOT defective.
The module grounds to ground point #10, which I think is the one you are using for all your ground connections - it is possible you 'dropped' a ground when you had the nut off.
Check all around the area for a loose ground wire.......
Try and follow the black ground from the module into the harness and all the way to point 10.
Really sounds like a loose ground.
Does the trunk opener function 100%? It shares wiring with all the parts you have trouble with......

Sake of argument....as I'm too lazy to look up at the moment.......where is ground #10 spot? Is that the one behind the cabin fuse box?
Very perplexing issue............but the truth is..............it all worked before trying to put new gauges in, so a missing ground is very plausible.
