Don't believe so............if you pull out one of those spares and look inside where they sit, I believe you won't even see any terminals. I'll look later on today, but I believe they are bare.

I've gotten a few PMs over the past couple months asking how I was able to run my wires stealth going thru the defrost vent.
Well, a picture is worth a thousand words:
Use a flexible bunt ended dowel or clothes hanger and merely route it down towards the steering wheel. You may need to reach your hand up in under the dash to find your fishing line. Shouldn't take more than 5-10 minutes... It actually takes longer to cut the hole into the vent than anything else due to the tight spot between it and the windshield.

^ This is also what I did, it worked out well. In addition I used split loom tubing to keep all the wires together. It also hides the wires a bit when the vent is in place.
