Does car organizer fit into cargo tray smoothly?
I am looking to get the plastic cargo tray, which is the all-weather plastic liner that covers the entire trunk bottom. The cargo oranizer is a plastic tray that fits into the well with a carpeted lid. The cargo organizer is supposed to work with or without the cargo tray.
Does anyone have both and does the organizer really fit into the well if one uses the plastic tray/mat?
It will look a bit odd to have a plastic mat covering most of the trunk and the well having a carpeted lid though.

It does look alittle odd, but the fit is perfect. The tray has grooves for the organizer to fit into, no moving around.
The carpet finish on the lid matches the side carpet of the trunk.
I had to cut my tray on the right side for my 4080 sub box to fit.

I got the Japanese version of the organizer (very similar), but it didn't come with a lid. I created a three piece lid for it out of lexan.
1. I can see through the Lexan to find where the item is before opening the thing.
2. With three seperate panels I can open only a portion of it at a time. This means fewer items I have to clear out of the way before removing only a small section.
In general, I try to keep my passenger compartment as clean as possible. My trunk? Well, that's a different matter.
