Mine's similar. It finally has come out though, didn't attach it to the inside well enough. So it's time for a change. Keep us updated. Where you going to put the amps? In the little recess with the jack kit?

It looks like it's basically a regular box for 2 10's like the one I have
http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage....=1072287759617

The only difference is the front piece that fills in all the gaps.
Looks nice.

I'm Mike the builder of this box. Neffjohn told me there was a question about the specs on this box so I figured I'd post them.

The box has 1.50 cu ft. of airspace total. It is divided with .75 per chamber/sub.
The above picture is of two 10's but it will also house one or two 12's (will be a little tight on airspace for two 12's).
It is a sealed enclosure and is made out of 3/4" MDF.

Thanks Mike

Yes, the box will go in and out pretty easy. It also has quick disconnect terminals.

It fits snug so I dont think it will move around that much.....worse case some velcro on the bottom to keep it from sliding backward.

Is it carpeted on the bottom because I know that the MDF boards can be slippery and I drive like a fuggin maniac

ZEnclosures Box

After building several "OK" boxes over the years, I have decided that I am definitely not a woodworker. I really wanted the 4080 boxes, but everyone knows the cost for those. I then looked into the JL CVS210RG-W6v2 because they fit perfectly under the rear deck. I decided against that because I'm not ready to spend the money on the new subs & an amp to push them.

After seeing the box on this forum, I decided to purchase it on Ebay. I ordered it on a Saturday and received it on Tuesday. All questions in e-mails to Mike @ ZEnclosures were answered quickly & professionally. It is nice to see EXCELLENT customer service in the car audio world every once in a while.

For the money, I can't say enough about this box. The quality is great & the fit is perfect. It is sealed correctly and no time or money was wasted carpeting areas that didn't require it. If you are looking for an inexpensive, semi custom enclosure for your 8, I recommend this one.

Depending on what you are going to do w/ the rest of your trunk, I don't think these take up any more room than 2 4080 boxes.
