I did find the pin outs once. Of the 5 wires, there is power, earth, switched power to turn it on and also the normal speaker wires.

It would make sound up to about 2khz so would need a tweeter and another amp etc above it unless you used an active crossover. Easier would be to run 4 in series and bypass the internal amp(you'd have to drill those rivets off etc) or use series 1 speakers. The box would need to be ENOURMOUS to not sound boomy as ****. Wouldn't be any better than basically ANY pair of 6x9s.

With all the stuffing around and the fact that these 8 inch door speakers do NOT sound good in a small box it's simply not worth all the f**king around for 17 watts of power.

Just go buy a class t board amp off eBay that runs off 12v or a lepai amp and use cheap PA drivers for maximum volume.
