CD slot Smart Phone Mount
I just installed a , what an brilliant idea and works fantastic.
It sits in the slot like a rock, doesn't slide nor squeaks. I no long need to look for my phone on the passenger seat if I turn a corner a little too fast. Its tightening **** comes very close to the stereo's volume/power ****. But you still can turn the volume ****, I use the steering wheel control most of the time.
I hardly ever use the CD anymore, the blue tooth fm transmitter sounds ok for navigation and audio books, but it's crap for music. Sylfex AuxMod looks pretty promising, has anyone tried ?

I made one myself with a flat piece of metal and 1 bracket from The Home Depot, costed me $2.87 and its great.
ill shoot a pic tomorrow. It fits in the cigarette lighter space..kind of... the bracket slides into the gap on the side between the part that opens and the center piece, doesnt move at all, nor do i get any vibrations.
only time i have a problem is when my mom sits in my car and decides she doesnt care about scratching the interior or anything and hits it with her pocketbook.
