CarPC, Stock HU amp install question

Hello,

I have installed a CarPC and am using the Car2PC-MAZ for the aux in with the Factory HU/6 CD changer to get PC sound to the HU(its all working great).

My question is I would like to install 2 amps, a sub box with 2 X 10" woofers, 2 x 6X9 speakers as well as a set component of speakers. I plan on using 2 Rockford Fosgate amps a Punch P450.2 to drive the subwoofers and a Punch P450.4 to drive the 2 X 6x9's and the component speakers. Would it be possible to get PC sound as well as sound from the Factory HU/6 CD changer to work with the amps?

I have read a thread on Mp3.com "HOW TO: Get sound from PC to Car Stereo / Amp" this will get the PC sound to amp but will this get Factory HU/ 6 CD changer sound to the amps?

Note I'm using an Aopen i945GTt motherboard with onboard 5.1 surround sound.

Any input would be greatly appreciated

Thanks

Search the site for LOC, 6XS, CleanSweep, 3Sixty, adding amps, etc. You will find more than enough information.

If you already have PC sound to the HU, you will not need to worry about aux inputs, run it through the HU as you already have it.

Thanks for the compliment. I have a long way to go on my system though. Can't get the wife to come off the checkbook for all that I want.

The 3Sixty is a nice piece of equipment. It pretty much has all the bells & whistles, but a little more than most people need or want to deal with. Not sure if they ever made it so you don't have to have a palm pilot or not.

They didn't make it when I bought the JL CleanSweep, but if I had to do it over I would probably go with the AudioControl DQL-8. It is totally bad a$$.

Good luck w/ your system. Keep everyone posted.

They released software for the 3Sixty.2 that works on Windows Mobile OS and Windows XP, you can acutally download and demo it here 3Sixty Software.

The AudioControl DQL-8 is pretty sweet but I'm edging towards the 3Sixty because using the CarPC and the 3Sixty software I can sit up front and make adjustments to in real time.

Thanks again for pointing me in the right direction, I'll post once I get every thing installed.
