Thank you. It never gets old hearing that. Although I'm thinking about redoing it. I'll be sticking with the same theme though. I love soundstream.

Thank you for this thread. I just jumped on the forum preparing myself to do some hardcore searching for sub box idea and this thread was right at the top!

Firstly, here's a pic w/ everything installed (I cranked up the brightness to help ppl see things)-

What you're seeing is the amp-rack/floor on the bottom, with a carpeted facade blocking off the front-half of the trunk (towards the seats).

The sides of the floor fold up, to allow removal - as seen here (with facade, and box already out)

Here's the box - notice the lip goes around only three sides. The subs sit facing DOWN - with the open edge of the lip facing the front of the car.

That's it. Pretty straightforward, IMO. I'm thinking about asking my wife to make a new enclosure for me; going to 1 12" sub (mostly for ease of removal and weight savings. If so, I'd gladly sell this very well-sealed 2 10" box.

That's it!

Wow... Amazing work Gents... I really want to use some of these as ideas for mine.

Where do you guys get your decks? I would like a deck with a screen and CD Changer... Also, what do you do about the faceplate for around the deck?
