I am trying to get the 50% off the metra kit but don't need to buy a head unit so if anyone is buying a headunit soon and already has the metra kit, I would be willing to add a little to the $75 cost of the kit. Or I would trade straight up for either an alpine mrp-f300 amplifier or an infinity 611a amplifier.

Thats what I am talking about. However I just bought my avic-f700bt just two weeks ago.

 

where do you have to buy the unit to get the discount? I assume you have to get them from the same place?

 

yepp, just go to crutchfield.com and type "rx8" in the search bar and scroll on down until you see the metra kit. To the right it says "get this at 50% off when you buy a headunit at $130 or more" (or something like that).

So yea if anyone is buying a head unit soon, shoot me a pm or post.
