I don't know the exact specs of the Alpine -- but i heard that once it levels the EQ you hook up a mic and it auto tunes itself to the actual output of your speakers... now THAT IS COOL!

I am anxious to get my system installed ASAP and have narrowed my sound processor search to the RF 3Sixty.1 and the Alpine PXE-H650. Is one really much better than the other? I am looking for any information that can help me to compare the two. thanks.

I was waiting for the alpine PXE-H650 to come out to take a look at but they keep delaying the release date.
I looked at the Rockford 3sixty.2 and i think i am going with that one it has a lot of cool features.
Also I noticed The alpine PXE-H650 is not listed on there web site any more.

the PXE-H650 isn't listed on the website anymore but in one of their press releases dated January 8th, 2007, they talk about it and say it will be released in the first quarter of this year at around $450. i was hoping that some of the audio shop guys here who deal in Alpine may have heard something.
I just hope all this delaying is going to be worth it.
