this has been answered in many prior threads, some even over a year ago...me along with several others posted many solutions to retaining the PCB and it's functionality...you DON'T have to run a loop to back to the boards for functionality to remain...i'm kind of unsure as to WHY you had to do this...can you explain what you encountered and the diagnostics performed to give you the impression a loopback needs to be inplace.
