Has anyone been able to get ahold of a euro set of AC controls nd do they work.

The radio HU is configured different for EU/other markets. HU is needed to display AC functions correctly.
If you were to hook up EU controls, the radio would not display the functions correctly.
Auto AC will not work in US RX-8 with the original radio installed.
