Does anyone know or hear what they are planning on doing with the audio system in the 2005's. I'd like if they stuck with the same design and added Sirius Satellite capability to it, that way I could just swap the units. Anyone have any info about this. I'm not sure how anyone would but thought I'd give it a shot. The options for satellite radio are OK but not perfect.

I emailed Sirius about this- they said there is no plan right now to work with Mazda on a unit for the RX8. Hopefully this has changed in the last 2 months!

 

That makes me SAD. I AM going to keep my fingers crossed though. Sirius is sticking it hands in everything right now and they already have a deal with Mazda, it may be more up to Mazda to put in the correct radio.
