04 Radio Questions

Hello, some idiot head onned me in my car and it got totalled. So I got a 2004 RX-8. Nice litte upgrade from what I had. Anywho, in my last car, I had 2 Kicker 12" Solobaric Subs and a Fosgate Amp. Also had a Pioneer head unit w/ Ipod Connector. Real nice setup. My questions:

1. Does the factory hu have an Amplifier Output?
2. If not, what can I get to install my Amp/Subs? I'm pretty sure an aftermarket hu is too much.
3. What can I get for an Ipod connector?

I have the steering wheel controls if that matters.

Thanks for the help in advance and hope I have some fun with this bad boy.

Please read the sticky at the top of this forum. All your questions are answered there.

In short, a simple line output converter is required to hook up your subs. Buy the Audiocontrol iPod connection for your iPod. It's the best one around and doesn't cost very much. ($~75ish?)

Actually, I'm installing my D3 Tuesday and will have my Audiocontrol unit for for sale.... PM me if you're interested.
