Well the link say Oil Cooler Duct. I would assume it goes in front of the oil coolers to direct air directly into the oil cooler.

While this isn't the MS front bumper.....the ducts would go here.

actually it goes behind the bumper and oil cooler. and it's standard on the MS bumper.
