well... it's a degreaser. i could see a degreaser working. just don't spray the car paint.

hmm..would HID fogs help with heat issue?

since they run at a lower voltage.?

LED's?

If you just like the look you could always get a pair of yellow LED's or even white LED's and they would be a lot less hot when on.

autolumination bulbs are bright and they dont heat up like regular bulbs do, but the thing is that they dont last you very long. i have changed out almost all the leds i bought from them atleast once or twice and now i gave up on them. instead i just bought my leds from ebay cause they are a lot cheaper and there are no noticeable difference between them. the brightness and the quality looks identical to the ones from autolumination.

I bet you water got in between the film and the lense, it happened to me once!

hids are just even hotter then regular bulbs!
and I would like to see some leds foglights if they actually have it!

The brake cleaner will remove the film. Clean and easy!

I'm bringing this thread back to life. I just noticed my lamin-x tint did the same thing on my fogs. It took it a few years but the center of the tint is melted and burned. I really like the yellow fogs. Guess it's time to think about a HID kit.

or just get yellow bulbs, instead of white bulbs w/ a yellow film to make them look yellow...........................
