Are these worth it?

Just wanting to get some opinions on weather or not these doors are worth buying? is the quality any good and how much weight would you actually save if you had all four doors in fiberglass.

Never tried them, but I'm sure it'll be lighter,....I don't know about u but I'd think safety first. Those doors seem a litte too flimsy to me. I wouldn't trust those things esp if u were T Boned from the side. Unless this is ur track car I wouldn't other spending money on those things. If you want weight saving strip the interior or just remove the passenger side seat.

The doors on our cars when closed make a B pillar and they have metal spikes that go into the frame. Replacing our doors for a street car is not very smart and could get you and or your passengers killed in an accident.

^ +1....if you were to get in a wreck and fliped the car on the roof say goodbye cuz the roof would collapse without that virtual B pillar formed by the OE doors

Even for a track car I wouldn't replace them. If anything maybe the back suicide door but that's still risky. Accidents can still happen even in controlled situations.

Even for a track car I wouldn't feel safe without a roll cage. Which would negate the weight savings most likely. I would say not worth the money.

What would you consider a lot of weight? The rear doors are aluminum so minimal savings there.

Replacing the front seats could be a nice weight savings. Especially for cars equipped with heated leather seats.
