I just got a rear rotary accent from an online order and it's super lightweight.
Anyone know what these are made of? Did I just buy a knock off? Because mine feels like plastic or something. I guess it will still work, but I just want to know if it's safe to polish it with a metal polish.

 

Aluminum I think. I'm too lazy to walk out to my garage and check. But their pretty lightweight though. Where did you buy?
What did you pay for them?

 

they are aluminum and are very light weight.
