I emailed Parker this afternoon again and got an immediate response. Mine shipping 4/14. NOW I'm excited finally!
update 4/20 - despite Parker's email assurance that I would get a tracking number on 4/14 - I didn't. His post with tracking numbers of those that did ship then said more will ship this week. Hummm.

These covers are very cool. You can take the grommets off the stock cover and attach them to this one for a really nice fit. Velcro with sticky backing handles the front. Oh yeah, they're gorgeous. I'm happy
