Race style Kits

I was watching speed channel the other day and there was some touring car type racing on with everything from a4's to 911 to s2000 and 350z's. The car that really caught my eye was clearly the rx-8. Now i tuned in at the end of the race then had to leave so i saw it only briefly.

Does anyone know what im talkin about?

if so do they make similar kits for street purposes, i have looked everywhere, i found a montage of kits on this site and i didnt see one which resembled it.

If i were to put a kit on my car it would have to be a functional style, i cant stand gaudy (sp) stuff.

any suggestions would be appreciated!

no, it was white and red or silver and red.

I dont think it was a mazda speed kit. It's so hard to describe, it looked as though the centre area of the front bumper had no bottom, if that makes sense. Although there appeared to be a chin spoiler. Anyhow the defining characteristic was that big hole at the front with the rad visible behid it.

I dont know, if im not making any sense just let me know

That front end is pretty serious. Reminds me of the Ferrari Enzo.

The website jdmbodykits above conveniently links to velocitydynamix, the guy that just posted above. I'm sure he's doing this to avoid having to pay for advertisement fee like Aerowerks on this site. Sneaky way to do it...

Besides, the prices are WAY too high. I could buy the same kit from Japan and ship it via Concord same day delivery and it would still be cheaper than buying it from velocitydynamix.

At first I thought it just provided a link--But NO it takes you there. In other words there really is no jdmbodykits company. Clearly trying to bypass the forum rules.
