Aren't those the duct's that are on the stock bumper? My MS kit that i just installed last week came with plastic ducts...Those look like the rubber ducts that were origionally on the stock bumper, but if you have the MS kit, you are supposed to take them off..

Well it looks like you have the authentic kit...I can see your fog lights so you also have fog light brackets. To install the fog light brackets, you have to cut the duct in half, because the fog light bracket takes up the main "scoupe" of the duct. My wording may not be right but you know what I mean. The ducts come screwed into the authentic MS bumper, only uses 4 screws...And i'm not sure where you would buy the ducts...There is a guy selling the ducts and mesh for the MS bumper...but they might already be sold. Did your MS bumper not come with the plastic ducts?

Apparently those 2 ducts are still on my car with the ms bumper installed, what would happen if I leave them on? Will my car overheat, sooner or later? I do notice that my cooling fan runs quite often, almost all the time whenever I drive my car, but I also have my plate on the center grill right in front of my MS CAI blocking a good amount of air intake, I suspect.

if you have the cooling mod, it is normal ( my fan turn on all the time)

but if you dun have the cooling mod, may be you are running a little too hot

the ducts come on the ms bumper though.. they shouldn't have been separate pieces. i'm the one with the other oil cooler weirdness thread and have both the oem and ms ducts on and i'm hearing that i should take the original ones off.

No, I don't have the cooling mod. Would those 2 OEM ducts cause it to run hot. I'm located in central Canada, temperature in summer is around 25C to 35C and I usually drive my car in city traffic. Would removing those ducts help to bring down the temperature?

Dondo, the ducts in this thread are OEM ducts. And the ducts in this thread is MS ducts.

I found this Japanese instruction posted by RK on the DIY section. By the illustration of the picture, the OEM ducts should be removed and replace with MS duct.
