I would consider purchasing the following two:
(1) Larger ducts 09 shaped center grill profile without 'beak'
(2) Need a big hole for that FMIC

Lets see if these make me opt out of purchasing feed before the year ends. Good Luck w/designs!!

Uhh, what happens if someone wanted to see ur designs in a diff color?

i like this one... i would move the oil cooler ducts lower. I would have the upper portion of the oil cooler match match that of the main radiator duct. It will also cut down the the amount of material below the oil cooler duct. I agree with what was said before about having the same insert as the mazdaspeed to hide the bumper bar.

Have to say you have some photoshop skills

I have to agree with this one too. This is "complementary" to the RX8 appearance, and IMHO, provides visual ques that appear natural to this car. I'd love to see the 09 fog lights in this one.

I really really like how the lower lip extends down into the air damn at the bottom. The look is much more refreshing than the 2009 front bumper. Heck, if the 2009's had this front bumper, I bet you it would have improved sales.

"I would buy this front bumper in a heart beat."

Nicely done!

Cheers!

You've got my attention and my subscription to this thread. Something about this one that I like. I hope it hides the bar - having trouble picturing it.

I like #2 and #4 of the original post.

The rest are starting to get weird looking....we need more "enhanced OEM" body kits out there...there are plenty of crazy ones already.

I likes...

I personally liked #4 on the original post the best. But it'd be even better if it was about 30% less beaky.

Thanks for your input Mikko, however the whole premise of the bumper is to allow the owner the option of a chin spoiler so chopping it would defeat the purpose. Also your revision looks far too simular to the FEED bumper...
Here is the closest to your criticisms and keeping the overall ground rules I have for myself,,,

Hi! Your version is very good and agressive looking. I just tried to "tame" it down a bit. Your version, but without the lip, is quite near the design that i would like to have on my car bumper.

Wow man good stuff! I'm guessing that you work in the graphic design field or is PS/etc just your hobby? Nice work regardless.

Can't wait til you make the mold. Are you going to make the mold yourself or contract it out to someone you know?

MT my bumper

I think this should be considered. I took and added a lil from a couple of pics. gibing the scoop across the top above the fog lights. then I took the grill with the squared off look and dropped it down with a lil swoop to give the grill a larger meaner look (trying to avoid the smiley face look) this also would give more breathing room. my editing wasn't perfect but you get the idea.

above fog light swoop, lowered grill lip.
