Those aren't too bad but still remind of a luxury car.

If you can actually FIND the car in those pics (it took me a while to notice there were actually RX8s in the pics!), the winning blue has them on it. After seeing the entire car, I thought they really looked good on there.

 

Keep us posted jd pilot as to what is and where is and when is this happening.

 

If I follow you correctly...the 'what is': I'm putting new side mirrors on. 'Where is': here in the DFW area. "When is": *sigh* that's the big question. I've ordered them and was told 5 to 7 weeks. Then I've got to get them painted...so looking like end of the year

However if this isn't what you were trying to say, sorry about that

Either way I'll post pics when it is finally all done!

why doesn't simply attract detail to the side mirrors like they do with all the other details on the RX 8

Make a rotor symbol outta the side mirrors! And involve ofcourse LED's... Hopefully white...

couldn't somebody create these mirrors where a hole exists between the car and the mirror, and make the hole in the shape of a rotor?
