MS Bumper from hell

Well where should I begin...........

I was looking for a bumper last fall and came across a guy selling a new never install MS OEM front bumper.

I bought it right before Christmas (paypal) and just received it last Friday (4 weeks form purchase date)

There was very little communication and was told that is was going to shipped many times over and over.

Look what I ended up will for $750. Its pretty isn't it????

I got a replica Ebay piece of **** that was advertise as OEM MS Front Bumper.... Not holes, no screens, no center insert, and I ton molding to get this thing to fit... When these pictures were take it was 35degree and look at the sagging -- imagine a90 degree day......I could actually bend the bumper in half. 750 got me this abortion.
My painter laugh when he saw it and I almost burnt it right in the driveway when talking to him...
NOW I'm trying to get my money back and of course I can't get in touch with this guy..... Paypal has been notified and I'm now going through the whole refund/return process but if I know this guy he will not comply (hasn't up to this point)

So guys i need advice while I wait this whole mess out. Are there any other ways to get a fast resolution to this?

I guess I could try that but the transaction was 4 weeks ago so I hope that I can still file a claim this way.

Yeah I've made the phones to the CC and this can be fixed in a number of days without affecting my paypal account.

Check your link. That URL sends to to a referral site that doesn't sell anything.

I want the real deal- and only the real deal. PEROID

^Yeah pictures ftw. Sounds like the seller just wanted to dump it on someone else. Like they say; "If it sounds to good to be true, it is."

After hearing the reason why he was selling it the price was fair. Oh and I live by that motto.

That's another story all together and out of the like respect I still have for the seller I'm not going to get into that part. Put it this way if I saw what you guy's are seeing I wold have never bought this

The link had been edited when payment went through for the bumper. All info was deleted and replaced with "SOLD"

well sounds like you didn't see pictures then...can't say that's really wise on your part to put that kind of cash down on something unseen

I still feel for ya, but lesson learned.

Just to note for everyone reading here. A lot of Paypal \ Ebay Crap has been going on on these forums lately. Buyer Beware. While I know that in the interest of money we can choose to take the cheap route and buy used, but in most cases its not worth it. Buy from a known vendor so you don't have to go through this hassle.

P.S. I'm not getting on you Pico or any of the previous guys this has happened to. This warning is to all the guys thinking of doing something like that in the future. At some point I'm just gonna start pointing and Laughing.
