Seriously, I can't imagine they're at all decent for $120. The best MS front I've seen are the real OEM MS, and they usually run 10x that price...

holy **** Pico!
it's obvious this guy was out to scam someone based on this deceiving thread title, which can't be deleted once a thread is created otherwise I'm sure he WOULD have changed it as soon as payment was received.
it's obvious he edited his original post and pics in an attempt to cover his tracks.

I'm sure your CC company will take care of you on this, just sucks you have to go through the ordeal.

WOW that bumper is horrible! Like others have mentioned the CC company should take care of this. The few times I had charges reversed they were very good about it.

Exactly- I think he didn't realized that he couldn't change the title. Cuz like you said he would have. I really wish I could tell everyone the whole story that goes along with this purchase. When I get the money back I'll let everyone in one the story.

Yeah horrible is a good way to put it. I'm working with the CC company right now so we'll see what happens in a few days..

I wouldn't buy anything from there and wouldn't suggest any one else doing it either. There will be more threads like mine with fitment nonsense.

I think you have 60 days to file a claim with the CC so you're fine. Sorry to hear about this. I've had my eBay disaster story early in my eBay buying. If it's too good to be true, it probably is. You really have to do your homework with bigger buys.

Good luck and keep us updated.

^ usually do all the homework. Believe I'm a SOB when it comes to detail. I'll let everyone know what going on very soon when this is all cleared up and i got my money and he has received his POS bumper.

60 hours and this will be fixed -- give or take a few

Holy ****....

After several emails this guy finally got back to me today to confirm the address for the return.

After all the emails and a phone call (I talked to mommy) he stating that he will not take it back................. And to leave him alone. WTF

I want to cut this guys ***** off.

I'm just trying to be the good guy and return the bumper and he's NOT working with me at all.

My claim with the bank should go though tomorrow for the refund-- Can this guy stop this claim from being processed? Should I be worried about anything else?

Advice guys PLEASE.....

what a freaking tool
no, he can't stop the refund. He'd have to the bank that it was a valid transaction which obviously it's not.

you have an address, right?
just ship it back, you can then prove to the bank that the item was not as described and you have proof that you've returned it. Now you want your money back...

here's my email conversation tonight
------------------------------------------------------------------

it is real! install it and you will see it fits! i'm not a professionnal, but i bought tjis for over 1000$ didnt needed this anymore! dont call back my parents anymore...

Date: Sun, 31 Jan 2010 20:52:31 -0500

First of all this is not what was advertise in your ad. You listed a OEM Mazdaspeed bumper-- I did not get an OEM bumper. What I did get was urethane ebay replica bumper that is not worth the 750 I paid for it. I've filed i claim with my bank about this and WILL get my money back. I'm just trying to be the good guy here and return this bumper because it IS NOT AUTHENTIC as you stated in your AD.

I'm the one dealing with this hassle buddy.. I got a part I can't do anything with and you know the modifications that would have to be made to make this fit properly.

You said it was real---- and it is not--- I would have never bought this if i knew it wasn't OEM

I would like to know the address where I should ship the mazda rx8 bumper back to.
I would like to return it asap so please confirm the address.

here's my phone number again

908-303-9895

Thanks

Neil
