JT Imports and Shipping
Anyone have experience ordering from JT Imports? I ordered my clear corners from them and am a bit nervous as I have not ordered anything from Japan before and have not gotten a response to my email.
Thanks

I got my clear corners from them too. Apparently mine got lost in the mail somehow, but once he reshipped them, they gotta here surprisingly fast (like 5 days). They are slow to answer emails. I'm guessing they only check twice a week or so.

Can you provide the name of your street? then we can find out who you are and e-mail you a reponce. Lots of things going on over here, so it slowed quite a few things down, sorry about the wait and no responces, usually we try to stay on top of it.

I am still waiting on my order as well (clear corners). Got an email over a week ago saying it would ship in less than 2 days, but no replies since then and no item. I can PM you my street if it helps, but I also sent a email a few days ago with no reply.

I see I am not the only one waiting for their order from JT.
My street name is "Tamarack" in Michigan.
I have e-mailed you several times as well, providing my full name and address. Please, respond.

FYI to those interested. I received my order finally. JT-Imports may take some time getting it to ya, but they do deliver the product (and for a decent price I should add). So plus on the item and price. Neutral on the communication (good most the time, only a few missed messages) and timeframe of product.
PS. on the "timeframe" issue ... I believe ALL online retailers should do their best at noting the status of an item when you are buying. ie "In-Stock", "Few Items Left". "On-Order", "Out of stock", "Drop-shipped" etc. At least as much as possible.

I guess I was just unlucky that they ran out of stock right when I orderered. So, it took a few weeks. Once they had them, they let me know it was shipping and gave tracking info. It was only a day or so after that I received them. Still good overall.

Just my 2 cents, I ordered my clear corners from them a couple months ago, and they were at my door within 7 days. I had a great experience with JTimports.
Good to hear everything worked out ok.

Anyway, I do what I can when I can. Appreciate ALL the responces and I come over here to this forum as much as I can to throw some other deals, this is a busy time of the year, I assume tax returns? So if it takes a few extra days we do applogize..
