Humidity in Tail Lights

Does anyone why or how to keep tail lights from gathering condensation in them?

Pull the lights dry them out and use a lot of black RTV on the factory gasket and reinstall. Or buy the new gasket from rotaryfx.com.

Oh and search. It's been covered a million times. DO NOT DRILL YOUR TAIL LIGHTS.
