Got the wing and front installed today. Sideskirts go on tomorrow. I was pleasantly surprised at the ride height of the front bumper. I measured the height of the plastic undertray with the stock bumper and then from the front lip of the MS front and it seems to only be about half an inch lower than stock. I measured both before putting it on jacks.

Half an inch may be acceptable.
Thanks.

Yeah, I was really surprised. The MS bumper pulls the undertray up about 2.5 inches from stock, making it seem like it's much lower. Since I was on a slant, I can't say exactly what the ride height is, but I'll measure tomorrow. It all depends on the type and condition of your suspension though. It's my DD and winter driving with the MS bumper worried me as well. Now, not so much.

Couple of ways to tell:
did it bolt right up without any problem at all? if you didn't have to make a single adjustment to get it to fit chances are it's legit, if you had to do any kind of modification such as drilling holes or making the sidemarker openings bigger then yeah, it's a fake.
How are the gaps? if the top gap matches up with the hood perfect then it's probably not fake either.
Are there any "waves" in the material? or is it pretty flat and even? If it's "bumpy" or wavy then it's probably a fake.
Mine got cracked when I got backed into and didn't spider, it just cracked and had a huge tear in it, the Metton material is amazingly resilient, and is a mix between fiberglass stiffness and polyurethane flexibility, I've witnessed first hand how it handles mishaps and it's awesome. Hopefully that helps, good luck

The bumper fits great! It does have spider cracks on either side close to the middle mud guard attachment hole. Since it's at the same level on each side, I think it may be either from an installation or removal. From 4+ feet away, none of the imperfections are visible.
The wing had lousy fitment and was wavy. I have Saki's wing base setting up now with lots of RTV Silicon. It still has gaps on the rear (closest to the 3rd brake light) but hopefully it's not too noticeable. It seems even the MS wing has gaps since they didn't place the bolt holes correctly.
I just hope I like the CF/ Ti grey combo wing. I already have Saki's CF MS bumper on, so it might flow together.
