How i can i make my car louder?
I know the RX8 and other rotary cars are supposed to be smooth running, not so loud of cars but i want my car to be louder then it is. Besides putting a Borla exhaust system and a K&N intake, What else can i do to make my RX8 sound beastly? Thank you for your help

Warning on the K&N Typhoon II....it did make my car louder, but I lost power too. The stock intake brings air in at greater force (about 5lbs of pressure during heavy accel) and the air is cooler.

I took off my mufflers and replaced them with glass packs... also I have no cat... that always helps... plus you can shoot flames that way, so you get noise and fire everyone enjoys that.

I don't think you can make it any louder noticeably. If you don't want it too loud, then you wouldn't want to put a midpipe or a high-flow cat either. You're just going to have to deal with it or drive your car at high RPM all the time. Haha.

wow, this thread went downhill QUICK.
serious answer:
- Aftermarket Intake will help. AEM / Mazdaspeed are popular. (K&N is garbage)
- You need to redo some exhaust components. Since your'e already looking at a Borla, why not throw in a high flow cat? You can run a midpipe but it would be OBNOXIOUSLY loud unless it was resonated.
