I believe he is replicating the au-to bahn's exactly including the mesh Clavius. I will make sure to confirm with him.

No need to get in on the initial investment EBF. It won't save you any money really.

The listed price from EVO-r is $78. Haven't confirmed if that includes shipping. We will all be paying that price in the end. The guys that put in the initial $20 will be buying them for $58.

The first and the last are the same guys. The first one is FRP painted and the last is their CF model. The direction of the mesh is just different.

 

MS Wing is installed. The finish was pretty rough when it arrived!
I had it detailed by a pro and it looks "almost" new.
I might be selling it to get a Lip Type Spoiler...
The MS Wing sits us pretty high and blocks the rear view...

Would you be interested in swapping for a stock wing? I love the aggressive looks of the MS wing. My whole car was just professionally buffd so mine is in pretty good shape....

 

any idea if the difference in the mesh appearance is because of the orientation or maybe just a lighting issue or something? Or maybe it's painted in the first one

 

Diamonds in the mesh are horizontal in the first and vertical in the last.

 

yeah, but is that the reason that they appear so obscenely shiny in the second one, like the cheap shiny plastic used on model cars. :p

 

not sure, but there is another company out there that makes these fender vents very much like the au-to bahns. i couldn't tell them apart really. it's in one of the hyperrev issues.

at first i wanted cf vents but i think these are more affordable and... i don't have any cf on my car anyway. my plann will be an experiment to see what color works haha and which way the vents look better. not sure if i will be painting the mesh either.

 

I'm not gonna paint the mesh. The screens will match the rb screens.

I do plan on painting the vents black.
