most any bodyshop should be able to do it for you

 

not to hard of a thing to do, just about everyplace should be able to. What I would do is go around and get different body shops to give you quotes and talk to each one of them for a bit to kinda get a "feel" for the shop

 

Very easy DIY. Rent a commercial fender roller from rollyourfenders.com for $75. They send you the tools and you send it back.
