The FEED kit is just as sexy and gorgeous as the INGs.

hmmm, I wanted to get this kit at first, but now I think I have completely changed my mind and is going to go for RE Amemiya's AD Eight Facer body kit, including those "hidious" fog lights. In my humble opinion, I think those fog lights makes the car look even more unique and different. I love that kit! Personal preference though. !

Hey guys, considering that this FEED replica kit is the 3rd rx-8 replica kit that Shine is actually producing over the past year and the fact that the Vertex GB has come to a screeching halt, I don't know if you can expect any new kits out of SHine for quite a while. Of course I could be wrong, but why don't you scoop up one of the last remaining spots on our FEED GB and get a super cool looking kit that you don't see around everywhere!

Sato,
It is a personal choice indeed if you are leaning towards the Amemiya.
One of the reasons why we want the FEED is cost. A good quality replica kit coupled with a lower price compared to the original is just too hard to pass up. Not to mention that the FEED has a very sexy appeal. Have you seen the FEED kit for the RX7 ??? That kit is awesome. Now, the RX8 FEED kit took a similar design, and is just as awesome without being over-the-top.
If those two front foglights in the Amemiya are what swayed your interest, then there is no reason why you or Shine can mod the FEED to include those two front foglights into the FEED replica.
We urge you to reconsider your position and stay with the FEED.

In a way I agree with you sato,
I mean, the RE amemiya front bumper is (for me) the best front bumper for RX-8..
I actually go one myself, a replica though.. unfortunately the material and
fitment suck!! It was the worst mod I ever did to my car despite the fact
that my car looked so cool for a couple of months..
anyway, yes, I do agree that the big, huge fog lights add a certain appeal
to that bumper and the whole car! especially at night.. and I actually used
a PIAA fog lights with my bumper as they didn't come with any.. so my car
looked awesome at night! but anyway.. yes, if you do get a FEED, i'm also
interested in putting on the OEM fog light on the side, just like the MS
body kit..
and yes, the reason I'm thinking of getting a FEED is because it is a cheap
alternative and yes, it is one of the best bumpers!
come join us! =)

im gonna contact you! day n night ..u BETTER respond!....j/k....I emailed and got the answers to the questions i had...got mixed up cause you posted..the post..whatever......ANYWAY...how dou YOU FEEL about the fitment of this kits...im sure your guestimating somewhat..but...................What do you expect the average install....without paint....just fitting and haning it corectly ...in hrs. At the best body shop in town,,,recommended by my dealer...WHICH has been great 2 ME btw.
I also called veilside for thier.....JUST the NOSE..part........i like it 2.. SEEMS like a pretty easy install....and since insurance is paying for color matched paint...for the nose......seems like a good trade for the money....WHAT do you know of tis kit.or anyone.
Thanks...
Im almost sold on this....i would just like some accurate time measurements of install

I heard the fit for the FEED kit is excellent. I chatted with a guy that bought the original and he said the fit was perfect with no bodywork or shop labour(other than painting) needing to be done. Shine claims that their replicas fit as good or better than the original since they do extensive test fitting and make attempts to improve on the original. So, I imagine that the only kit out there that could possibly fit better would be the mazdaspeed. I can definately live with that. As far as instal time goes, even if you are a turtle I couldn't imagine it taking more than a couple hours. Don't expect this kit to be ready and delivered any sooner than another few months though. As far as I can tell it'll be pretty tough to match this kit's style, quality and price.
