What should the perceived color of our lights be when we're driving down the road? Do people in other cars see blue lights or do they see just bright white? It seems that every rx-8 I see on the road looks like it has blue lights, but mine when I look at them from say 20 feet away look white. It seems improbable that everyone I see has switched out their bulbs, so am I just seeing mine at the wrong angle, or are they somehow defective?

I know there are many threads about the color temperature of our lights and all that, but none answer my question. So spare me the flaming
