Can you help identify this hood?

So I found a pic that looks remarkably like what I want my car to look like when "finished", some minor differences, I want my advan T7's flat black instead of gold, and not interested in the spoiler or the silver gas cap but none the less its close, first time I have seen an RX8 with the same hood. Also curious, the flat black of the car, do you think that is paint or vinyl?

bonus ninja points if anyone can identify the kit/skirts/spoiler on my car

any and all help would be appreciated, thanks ahead of time
TLP

obviously the pic with my son in it is my car

The flat black car is paint IIRC and it is also has a very rare, very expensive, widebody kit on it.

Your car has a fake Mazdaspeed front, Mazdaspeed spoiler (likely fake since the front is). the side skirts are Veilside (aka failside) or Veilside fakes (likely).

You need an undertray.

I would bet dollars to doughnuts the front end is fake (fit is crap at the side markers and headlights), spoiler is falling apart, cant wait to have it removed and be spoiler free, the skirts, im not sure about they have the veilside imprint, though I guess that could be faked as well

please educate me on the missing undertray, spent the last 5 months on the forum's learning about the previous owners mistakes and making moves to fix them (this is the car that has a turbo timer wired up....but no turbo)

appreciate it guys

I can see the ground through your front bumper. There is supposed to be a plastic tray there to make sure that airflow actually makes its way into your radiator and effectively cool things. I'm guessing it was removed when the bumper was put on and never heard from again.

If the sides say Veilside then they may be real. Not sure why someonje would skimp on the bumper and wing but maybe they got a deal on teh skirts.

I can tell the front is fake because it is missing pieces only found on the real Mazdaspeed. Also, the Mazdaspeed spoiler is very expensive (actually the only one wind tunnel tested) so they are more often that not, fake.

Stock undertray:

Yeah I would say thats pretty important, time to get to looking for a replacement. Appreciate the help and knowledge

*Edit* wow just looked it up and that R Magic hood is fairly pricey too, the mix of expensive and cheap parts on this thing confounds me at times

*2nd Edit* I attached some better pictures, including one of the back of the car, since we are naming stuff off we might as well figure out the rear bumper as well

Don't get too excited, from the images you posted looks like you have the VIS replica of the RMagic hood

the rear looks to be replica too(the undercut right behind the wheel arch), so adding with eveything else Id have to guess that the sides are replica Vielsides as well.

trust that the only excitement here is that of figuring out what is on this vehicle, replica or not the skirts, fit and look fine so will probably stay, the front and rear bumpers definately need to go in the long run, and I kind of like the hood. Definiately not the type to get up in arms over the authenticity of various parts of my car. Just curious as to where I stand, the more knowledge the better

Apprecaite your input

Just out of curiosity, are the undertrays year specific? A mazda scrap yard around here has quite a few totalled 8's I could grab one of those fairly cheap

The widebody kit on that car alone cost close to 10k, i doubt other parts are replica.
The picture shown is the primer, the owner took the car out before the paint is complete.
There are picture of the car when it is done somewhere.
