Like many others, I had bugs in my tails lights. The key word being had. I removed the trunk liner and poped out the brake light bulb. Then I took a shop vac and stuck it over the bulb hole, which happened to fit over the hole like it was made for it, and turned the vacum on and in 1 second all two bugs were sucked out. I did it on the other side with the same results after a few taps to break the bug loose. So there you have it, an easy way to get those darn bugs out

 

Why are there bugs in there??? How did they get in.. sounds annoying..

i have a small fruit fly in my right tail light. He is now a part of my car and will stay..haha

 

When I took out the tail light a while back I noticed that it is not sealed. There is a huge 1/2 hole behind the side markers LEDs. They must have got it that why.

Bump. I got a tiny spider in my right tail light, and a grasshopper-like bug in my left.

 

LOL! they just love them RX-8 tail lights.

 

That's nothing..... I discovered a dead spider inside the tail light, and you know what spider does.... Spider webs!! I guess the spider wanted to make a good home there but that dumb bug couldn't find a way out and died there. It took me a few hours to clean up its mess.

 

Went to the dealer to drop off my 8 for some recalls an the Service MG said Mazda dont cover them under warrenty, how true is this? I thought they did if you get that fog an film in them.

Mazda ordered me a new headlight because of that damn film. 550ish bucks for one light.

 

mazda gave me new tailights cuz water got in them and wouldnt evaporate away :/
i had a cricket in my map lights, and they took them out for me
