Looks good but you practically repainted the whole car. If it doesnt last and you're going to repaint, pick a really different color... Orange or, for more subtle... a slate-blue, or a vivid slime green.
but im just telling you to do that so i can look at pictures of a slime green rx8.
do what makes you happy, as long as it involves changing your rims.

ahhhhh, LOWER IT!!!!!

kit looks great, can't believe you did it all yourself either. but good lord drop it, that wheel gap looks 10 times worse than stock now that you have a nice body kit. i got my tein s springs for like 140 or 150 i think - that's super cheap the for the visual and practical effect they have.

What a great thread! Your car looks purely amazing. It makes me hopeful that my kit will turn out as good. Really nice work. I can't stop looking at it.

damn that is super impressive! especially doing all this work inside your garage. you have saved a lot of money from labor work. i wish i can do this in my garage too, but i just dont have the ***** to paint anything. do you guys own a body shop of something? i would like to give it a try though, but would you give me some advice on how to paint it?

no we dont own a body shop. my advice is if you dont have the confidence or havent painted anything before dont start out with a huge project like a bodykit on a car.

on my last car i painted the body kit. I got some plastic sheeting and duck taped it over part of the carport (no garage) to give me 3 1/2 walls blocked in. Painted it with spray cans (found a place that will paint match into spray cans). It looked amazing, and it lasted until one of the sideskirts detached cause i didnt screw it in properly and then i drove into a wall and finished off the rest of it.

Course i wouldnt do it myself unless it was an older car. On a car like this, i wouldnt half-*** it. Also noone can match phantom blue close enough for me to even try.

why did you paint the bumpers on the car instead of taking them off so that all of it gets covered up?
